General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

  1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by Space of Mine – Virginie Dor (hereinafter “Space of Mine”) to the Client.
  2. The applicable GTC are those in force at the time of signing the document.
  3. Acceptance of these GTC constitutes the contractual framework binding the parties.

2. Client Obligations

  1. The Client agrees to provide all information and documents necessary for the proper execution of the contract.
  2. The Client must give clear and precise instructions regarding the requested services.
  3. Any appointment must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise the Client will be charged.

3. Obligations of Space Of Mine

  1. Space Of Mine undertakes to carry out the agreed services with care, diligence and professionalism.
  2. The Provider will inform the Client of the progress of the services, either by phone or by email.
  3. In the event that a deadline cannot be met, Space Of Mine will immediately inform the Client and propose a reasonable new deadline.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

  1. Service prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF).
  2. A minimum deposit of CHF 300 is required upon signing these Terms and Conditions.
  3. The balance is invoiced based on weekly record of hours worked or by project phase as presented to the Client.
  4. Payment is due within 10 days of receipt of the invoice.
  5. For any purchase of materials necessary to carry out the service, a deposit defined by mutual agreement may be requested from the Client in advance.

5. Late Payment

  1. In the event of late payment, a first reminder is sent to the Client with an additional 10-day deadline.
  2. If reminders remain unanswered, the case may be forwarded to a debt collection agency.

6. Use of Images

  1. Space Of Mine undertakes to observe total confidentiality regarding all personal or professional information of the Client (see Privacy Policy).
  2. No images, photos or content will be published without the Client’s explicit consent.
  3. A “Photo and Image Use Authorization” form will be offered to the Client for any possible publication. Only anonymized photos may be used.

7. Cancellation or Modification of Services

  1. Any cancellation or postponement must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
  2. In the event of late cancellation, the session will be charged in full.

8. Liability and Exclusions

  1. Space Of Mine undertakes to use all necessary means to carry out the agreed services, without obligation of result.
  2. Space Of Mine’s liability cannot be engaged in cases of Client negligence, incomplete information, unforeseeable events or force majeure (illness, accident, natural disaster, etc.).
  3. The Client is responsible for their personal belongings and the safety of objects present at the service location.
  4. Any item given to Space Of Mine for donation, recycling or removal is deemed permanently transferred once collected. These items will be disposed of the same day and cannot be returned or claimed later.

9. Personal Data

  1. Space Of Mine undertakes to observe total confidentiality regarding all personal and professional Client information (see Privacy Policy).
  2. The Client’s personal data is collected only within the framework of the contractual relationship and treated confidentially.
  3. The Client may at any time request modification or deletion of their data in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection law.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  1. Swiss law exclusively applies to any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms.
  2. Jurisdiction is at the registered office of Space Of Mine, with the possibility to act at the Client’s jurisdiction.
